School Psychologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) play essential roles in student learning and development, especially in Special Education programs. In Fargo, North Dakota, SLPs were needed to provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop and manage IEPs, and handle case management. School Psychologists were sought to lead evaluations and offer mental health services, crisis support, and behavioral assessments and interventions. To address these needs, Fargo School District issued a request for proposals (RFP) for clinical teletherapy services. AMN Healthcare was selected as the sole provider, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for students through a flexible and scalable virtual therapy solution.
Located in western Colorado, recruiting specialized mental health professionals to Mesa County Valley School District was a challenge. AMN Healthcare partnered with the district to understand their needs and implement a custom solution to support their students through a complement of in-person and virtual therapy solutions to provide mental health services across 12 schools.
